Brushing teeth and spit blood over the mirror choking on my Uvula. It had flipped up on my tongue and i was chocking.  I panic and pull it out of my mouth with my fingers and off to the hospital i went carrying it in a bag for testing. After waiting 3 weeks for the result of cancer positive i was off for operation to get my tonsil and cancer area removed.  At this point it had been 1 month and the operation did not get all the cancer, so off to get treatments.  Doctors offered 35 treatments radiation and 5 treatments Chemo.  I opted 35 radiation therapy and replace Chemo with cannabis / Omega8 oil . The Doctors said fine but we will double radiation once a week on friday's.  I would put Omega8 under my tongue and rub it on my radiated burnt skin and get into the radiation machine.  The oil would shrink the inflammation in my mouth and kept my burnt skin area calm.  I did not have to take the medication for vomiting nor medication for pain nor for bowel movement and did not get a feeding tube into my stomach.  So in all the doctors said i only received 70% of the treatment they first brought to me.  In the end i am cancer free 3yrs and only deal with tinnitus daily now.  I use 420rosin every 3-4 hours to stop the ringing in my ears and still use 1 a day Omega8 capsules for all the other issues that come along with recovering.  I say thank you to the doctors that allowed me to help in my treatment and added Omega8 and 420rosin to my records as the path chosen.  3 years in and 7 more years to go to get a clean bill of health.  I expect not too far into the future the doctors will be opting to use some cannabis medicine.  Having been able to grow my medicine through the ACMPR program along with other patients has being a life saver.  4 plants in your back yard or chosen closet will help save your or a friends life.  I welcome the 70% of Canadian's that now can grow and donate to your local Cannabis for medicine clubs.
